A PAIR OF G.E. LEWIS 12-BORE BOXLOCK EJECTORS, serial no. 16083/4, for 1936, 28in. nitro barrels (both loose, no.2 with some heavy dents), the ribs engraved 'G.E. LEWIS & SONS. 32 & 33 LOWER LOVEDAY ST. BIRMINGHAM.' and '1' & '2' at the breech-ends, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke (no.1) and true cyl. and 1/2 choke (no.2), treble-grip actions, toplever engraved '1' & '2', automatic safeties with inlaid 'SAFE' details, border and acanthus scroll engraving surrounding the makers name in scrolling banners, retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 3/4in. figured stocks (no.1 including 1/2in. wooden extension, no.1 also with crack at hand and small insert repair at base of crack), fore-ends with Deeley & Edge release catches and horn finials, weight 6lb. 10oz., in a leather double motorcase
